Pan-seared courgettes with lemon and soy sauce.
Serves 4 people
- 500 grams courgette
- 4 tablespoon(s) olive oil
- 4 tablespoon(s) soy sauce
- 1 lemon
- 8 tablespoon(s) toasted sesame seeds
- 4 pinch(es) fresh coriander
- Slice the courgettes diagonally into long strips.Heat a frying pan over a medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
- Quick fry or sear the courgettes on both sides.
- Lastly add the soy sauce and lemon juice and cook for a few minutes.
- Garnish with lots of fresh coriander and sesame seeds and serve with crusty bread.
