In this seasonal special, pastry chef Charlotte Fuller helps you create classic festive stollen and decorative chocolate truffles.
Steal the hearts of friends and family with these adorable mini-stollen and pretty little truffles. They’re perfect bite-sized treats for Christmas at home – or will look beautiful boxed up for a very special handmade gift.
In this class you will mix the spiced, fruity dough base distinctive of stollen before moulding it with golden marzipan to create your festive mini-loaves. As these bake, you’ll get rolling to produce your delicious chocolate truffles. A delightful and indulgent duo that’s sure to impress.
