Buddha Bowls with Caroline (online)

salad bowlColourful, flavourful and super-healthy, Buddha bowls are the delicious and very-now way to get your five and more a day. They are ideal for packed lunches and quick dinners – and an appetising easy-win for the health conscious or time-pressed.

In this new class, you will discover ingredient combinations to make these nutritious all-in-one meals endlessly adaptable, and explore styles and textures so the gift to your body is also a treat for your eyes and taste buds. You will build your own bowl featuring ingredients including raw and cooked veg, fermented elements and nuts and seeds. Plus you will go home with masses of new ideas to try.

  • professional cookery tuition
  • link to the webinar on Zoom (we will send further details in your confirmation email if you have not used Zoom before)
  • lists of ingredients and equipment to assemble before the lesson (ingredients for these bowls are quite adaptable, and if you have trouble sourcing items from our list, Caroline will discuss substitutions and tweaks to the recipes during the session)
  • all recipes from the class emailed out afterwards

Booking instructions

Tickets for this event are offered on a ‘pay by donation’ basis. We suggest a donation of £20 per session, or £10 if unwaged, and £30 if you are able to ‘pay it forward’ to help us keep these classes accessible to all. Please note we do not typically offer refunds on online events.
