Colourful, flavourful and super-healthy, Buddha bowls are the delicious and very-now way to get your five and more a day. They are ideal for packed lunches and quick dinners – and an appetising easy-win for the health conscious or time-pressed.
In this new class, you will discover ingredient combinations to make these nutritious all-in-one meals endlessly adaptable, and explore styles and textures so the gift to your body is also a treat for your eyes and taste buds. You will build your own bowl featuring ingredients including raw and cooked veg, fermented elements and nuts and seeds. Plus you will go home with masses of new ideas to try.
