Come create some chocolate treats – for a friend, to share or (shhhh) just to scoff yourself. This course sees the Community Kitchen transformed into a small corner of chocolate heaven as George Wellicome, head chocolate maker at Brighton’s Flour Pot Bakery and founder of the Brighton Cacao Company, takes you on a two-hour chocolate journey to remember.
Learn how to roll and coat your own truffles, make and fill your own milk chocolate bars, and work with fudge. This is a super-indulgent evening in which you’ll also learn about the history and origin of chocolate and enjoy a chocolate tasting as your creations set – all with an accompanying glass of bubbly or two.
This event is part of the Brighton & Hove Food & Drink Festival.
