Festive fun for bakers of all ages and skill levels! Impress your friends and family this holiday season with these sweet little ‘stained-glass’ gingerbread biscuits. They’re perfect bite-sized treats for Christmas at home – or will look beautiful boxed up for a very special handmade gift.
In this class you will learn a classic and delicious gingerbread recipe and the techniques to create the stained glass effect alongside experienced pastry chef and cookery leader Charlotte Fuller.

We will supply a full list of ingredients and equipment upon booking, most of which are typically available in a home kitchen.

Tickets for this event are offered on a ‘pay by donation’ basis. We suggest a donation of £10-15 per session, or £5 if unwaged, and £20 if you are able to ‘pay it forward’ to help us keep these classes accessible to all. Please note we do not typically offer refunds on online events.
