Gut Health Part 2: Wild Cultures – fermented drinks

  Tuesday 29 Jan 2019

  7:00 pm  - 9:30 pm

Making your own fermented drinks is one of the simplest things you can do to improve your health – and under the tutelage of fermentation expert Olivia Wall of Wild Cultures, it’s less expensive and complicated than you might think.

In this workshop, Olivia will take you through the art of fermentation and you’ll learn to make probiotic ginger beer, milk kefir (dairy and non-dairy) and kombucha. You will go home with your own water kefir grains.

All Olivia’s fermentation recipes and processes stem from either family recipes passed down from her German mother or are traditional recipes perfected through years of experience. A course that treats both your gut and your taste buds!

This course is adaptable to dietary requirements, including vegan/ vegetarian.

What previous participants said: “Excellent course – very informative and good fun”, “Enjoyed tasting all the varieties and the trainer’s knowledge.” “Looking forward to experimenting”
