Introduction to pâtisserie (Part 2): Sweet pastry – SOLD OUT

Tuesday 5th March 2019
7:00 pm - 9:30 pm

About this event

pastry in tart dishIn this two-part course, experienced pastry chef Charlotte Fuller reveals the tips behind the top pâtissiers.

Part I (26th Feb, booked separately) will see you making and baking choux pastry.

In Part II (5th Mar), you will perfect your art of sweet pastry making, producing French-style sweet pastry tartlets from scratch. You will make the dough and the frangipane filling, some honeycomb and a glaze – and learn the arts of professional presentation with your decorative fruit so your tarts will be fit to grace the window of any top pâtisserie.

What previous participants said: “I learned so much. I’m so impressed with the eclairs.” “Brilliant – it was my daughter’s Birthday and she loved it! ‘Best Birthday EVER!’ *she now wants to be a pastry chef. Thank you!”
