Learn simple recipes for a homemade takeaway that’s just as tasty but cheaper and healthier. Experienced chef and teacher Charlotte Fuller will share essential cookery skills and favourite recipes that even beginners in the kitchen can create with ease. In just a few hours you will create and takeaway:
- sag aloo – a healthier version of the takeaway classic
- red lentil and spinach dal – tasty side dish and great way to get to grips with cooking lentils
- flatbreads – it’s easier than you think to make homemade naan
- raita dip – give your curry the authentic touch
Join us for a relaxing and friendly session and leave with new skills and inspiration.
