A very special Masterclass…
Learn how to make beautiful but simple dishes with the little local fish that’s big on flavour.
After a welcome glass of fizz, Kenny Tutt, MasterChef Champion 2018, will lead you through basic mackerel preparation techniques, including filleting, pin boning and skinning.
He’ll then take you through two great methods of cooking this ‘tiger from the sea’ – a cure, served with an orange and fennel salad, and a pan fry with the classic horseradish and beetroot – and he’ll join you with a specially matched wine as you enjoy your wonderful dishes at the end of this one-off Masterclass.
Kenny is also running a ‘Sunday Roast Masterclass’ at the Kitchen in January 2019 – find out more.
