6:00 pm - 9:00 pm
Bookie Mitchell, founder and owner of Chilli Chicks Thai Cooking School, learned the art of aromatic and spicy Thai cooking at her grandmother’s side.
Now, let her pass on the secrets of achieving the distinctive balance of sour, sweet, salty, bitter and spicy flavours that are the hallmark of the best Thai cooking.
Have your pestle and mortar at the ready for a very hands-on class, grinding your way to the perfect, authentic Thai dish. During the session you will create a two-course meal, typical dishes would be a delicious Tom Yum Goong (the famous spicy Thai soup with prawns, lemongrass, galangal, chillies and lime) & crispy Dim Sum (deep fried dim-sum chicken, with water chestnut, cabbage, carrots, garlic and coriander roots).
The class is suitable and easily adaptable for vegetarians and vegans.
