Momma Cherri’s name hit the headlines when her Soulfood Shack in Brighton was praised by Gordon Ramsay. Momma appeared on many TV shows as a celebrity chef and cook book author, and enjoys sharing her knowledge with her local community by doing events at prisons, schools, and community centres. Now, in her first outing in the Community Kitchen, she shares her laughter and stories as well as the recipes and hearty cooking style that so excited Chef Gordon.
In this class you will make delicious buttermilk Southern fried chicken with sides of cornbread and sweet potato salad in a sour cream dressing, finishing with a dessert of key lime pie. Tickets for this event are £59.99 per person, or £54.99 (per person) when booking two or more tickets at once. We have a limited number of tickets available at a concession rate of £44.99 for those who are in receipt of a means-tested benefit, under-18s (must be accompanied by an adult), as well as full-time students. We offer a full refund if you change or cancel your place up to 14 days before your class. If you cancel between seven and 14 days before your class, we offer a 50% refund. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer refunds when a place is cancelled less than seven days before the class is due to take place.
