Divine goodies galore await you at the end of this class learning innovative techniques for teatime treats made without dairy and eggs.
In this baking workshop, you will learn how to make:
- special spiced muffins (check out the secret ingredient)
- berry cupcakes
- indulgent chocolate brownies
- unusual, unforgettable salted peanut and marshmallow cookies
Each of these recipes will demonstrate different substitutions and techniques for baking without eggs and dairy, so you will go away with the tools to adapt recipes and keep baking at home afterwards.
You will practice professional decorating techniques for your cupcakes, and take home boxes of treats to share with friends and family.
